More information:
Property: Colorless transparent crystal or white crystalline powder. The relative density is 2.607. It is easily soluble in boiling water. In 100ml of water, the solubility is 8.3g at 25ºC and 35.9g at 100ºC. Soluble in glycerin, insoluble in ethanol. Odorless, with a sweet and metallic taste. Crystals are weatherable. Its aqueous solution is slightly acidic.
Product Uses: This product is widely used in food, medicine, chemical industry, light industry and other industries. In the food industry, tartaric acid is an excellent sour agent, its sourness is 1.2-1.3 times that of citric acid, and it can also be used as a chelating agent, antioxidant synergist, flavor enhancer, and quick-acting leavening agent. In the pharmaceutical industry, tartaric acid can be used as a pharmaceutical intermediate and a high-efficiency resolution agent. In the chemical industry, it can be used to produce tartrates and tartrate esters, and can be used as a cleaning agent and polishing agent for metal surfaces. In the textile industry, the combination of tartaric acid and tannin can be used as a dyeing agent for acid dyes. In addition, tartaric acid also has important applications in leather, cement, photographic development and other industries.
Packing: 25kg composite paper bag lined with polyethylene bag.
Batch number preparation method: within the same shift, the products produced with the same batch of raw materials are regarded as one batch.
